So, I was lucky enough to get a Chemex coffeemaker and Kone this Christmas. The Kone (from the guys of Coava Coffee in Portland, Oregon) is a stainless steel filter that was designed to be used with pour over coffeemakers. Both of these are super-amazing products, are beautifully designed, and will bring you one step closer to a quality cup of coffee every morning.
